The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our tests of maneuverability despite its size and weight. It took 25 pounds of weight hanging from the handle bar before it tipped over in the opposite direction, which is better than most of the competition but still not as impressive as the top performer in this metric one, the Chariot Cougar 2.

It has excellent front wheel suspension, and its large rear wheels can be locked to enhance maneuverability.
